Drishyam 2 is a crime thriller drama Bollywood film directed by Abhishek Pathak. The film is the second installment of the 2015 film Drishyam. Ajay Devgan has once again appeared in the lead role in the film. Apart from Ajay, Tabu, Shreya Saran and Ishita Dutta have also appeared in the film.

Apart from this, Akshaye Khanna and Rajat Kapoor also appeared in the film this time.

Let us tell you that this film is the Hindi remake of the Malayalam film named Samaan. This film is released on 18 November 2022.

Story

The story of the film starts from where the first part of this film was ended. IG Meera Deshmukh's (Tabu) son is accidentally killed by Vijay Salgaonkar's (Ajay Devgan) daughter and Vijay buries the boy's body to save his family from the police. Police tries every possible way, but they do not find that dead body..and this is where 'Drishyam' ends.

In the story of Drishyam 2, it has been 7 years since the events of the first film and Vijay Salgaonkar's family is also trying to forget everything and live. Vijay has now become the owner of a movie theater and wants to make a film based on a story he has written. He has also written the screenplay but he is not happy with the climax and he is working hard on it, is this film just Vijay's passion or he has some other intention behind it.. Its disclosure brings tremendous twist in a story. Is. However, he is working on a film with Murad Ali (Saurabh Shukla), a writer, when the police re-open a seven-year-old case. Once again Vijay Salgaonkar, along with his wife Nandini (Shriya Saran) and daughters Anju (Ishita Dutta) and Anu (Mrunal) are captured and brought to the police station. This time the police have witnesses and evidence and the new IG Tarun Ahlawat (Akshaye Khanna) has taken up the responsibility of the case. He along with Meera (Tabu) wants to see Vijay behind the bars along with the entire family. But do they succeed in their mission? Or once again Vijay will save his family from the clutches of the law with his understanding, this is shown in the story of this film.
